Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team at PENTAX Medical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and providing exceptional support to our Territory Managers.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with nursing staff, reprocessing teams, and biomedical engineers to identify opportunities for value-based solutions that drive business growth and minimize repair costs and equipment downtime.
- Elevating Customer Experience through Value-Based Programs
- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders to uncover deep customer insights.
- Deliver value-based programs to optimize equipment utilization and minimize repair costs and equipment downtime.
- Provide audit assessments of MDRD and endoscopy units, including solutions for gaps identified.
- Deliver continual education, certification training, workflow improvements, and product offerings to improve program efficiency and procedural outcomes.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and liaising with PENTAX head office to resolve any customer experience issues. Additionally, you will lead the equipment demo process from installation through clinical use to ensure equipment is performing to specification.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the healthcare environment (hospital or commercial organization).
- The ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%), which may include overnight and/or weekend travel as dictated by the customer and business needs.
- Extended hours are required to address emergency service calls occasionally with short notice and on-call rotation coverage.
- A valid driver's license and availability to a vehicle daily.
- Formal training in process workflows or lean six sigma is an asset.
- Strong user of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
