Job Overview


Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced Financial Services Relationship Manager to join our team in Drummondville, Quebec.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building.


This role requires the ability to proactively engage with clients, uncover their banking needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.


We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.



Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging RBC's products and services to meet their evolving financial goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, as set by management


Requirements

  • Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Fluency in both French and English is required to serve RBC's French and English-speaking clients in this market
