We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Financial Services Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch office, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining impactful relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. They will be able to guide customers in resolving their financial queries and banking needs, including new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions.

A typical day for this role may involve:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and providing guidance on various banking solutions
  • Building customer confidence by educating them on mobile, ATM, and online banking
  • Supporting frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and resolving critical issues
  • Recommending improvements to work practices and processes to enhance customer experience and operational excellence
  • Participating in the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures
  • Educating customers on emerging digital banking trends and technologies

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification within 6 months
  • Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, branch software, and internet
  • Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
