Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for conducting sales performance and market analysis, evaluating and interpreting data trends, and proposing business cases to support our forecast and business development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our competitors and market landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and create presentations that capture key drivers related to commercial operations.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform our business decisions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field, such as market research, business intelligence, or commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IQVIA applications and databases.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Market research experience.
