Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Bausch Health. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for conducting sales performance and market analysis, evaluating and interpreting data trends, and proposing business cases to support our forecast and business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial and supply demand product forecast for budget, forecast, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor performance and provide explanations for variances in the product portfolio.
  • Answer ad-hoc requests from commercial operations on market and competition.
  • Support and validate various monthly reporting by running queries and uploading data.
  • Maintain market definition process and data validation before publication on reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work tactically to drive results.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to manipulate data from IQVIA and other suppliers to produce meaningful analyses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related area.
  • 7+ years of related work experience.

Language: English and French (bilingualism is a must).
