Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRAPPED. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Collaborate with other support team members to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support client queries.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and travel insurance is provided.
