Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report incidents, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Patrol hospital facilities, preventing unauthorized access and responding to emergencies.
  • Use effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain a secure and respectful environment.
  • Screen visitors and clients, ensuring only authorized individuals access the facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Code of Conduct certification.
