The Technical Supervisor at Encore Canada is a key role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and leadership abilities. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading floor operations, ensuring operational efficiencies, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down intermediate audiovisual equipment, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all Company security and safety measures, ensuring the security of equipment and the well-being of staff and clients.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
- Lead the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in location administrative duties, supporting onsite operations and career development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- ENCORE Technical Level 3 Certification required.
- 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required.
- Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading workflow and team members.
- A valid driver's license required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.
