About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at KHAGHAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Skills: Accounting software, data analysis software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Simply Accounting
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependability, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
