Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 4K Custom Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including policy administration and record management
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Time management skills
  • Team player

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in an urban area and will be required to work 32 hours per week.
