About the Role

FUTURE-TECH CANADA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods, operate a cash register, and maintain sales records.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, conduct sales transactions through e-commerce, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and physical stamina.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
