About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at YOCHANA IT SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information and services to employees, and advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • Provide employee assistance and counselling to support the well-being of our team members.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants to ensure a diverse and qualified pool of candidates.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure we have the right people for the job.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their fit for the role.
  • Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers for successful candidates.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to support their development.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of our business.


Requirements:



  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, database software, project management software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 40 hours per week.
