Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Rooms Inspector to join our team at Courtyard Toronto Downtown. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area
  • Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room
  • Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
  • Assist management in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
