Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping Room Attendant Certification: Maintain the required certification for housekeeping room attendants.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, team player, values and ethics, and work term: permanent.
