Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at North American College of Information Technology. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure a comfortable experience for our guests
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of illness
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Work Environment

Our work site is a non-smoking environment, and staff accommodation is provided. We are a school or educational institution/establishment, and our work setting is fast-paced and physically demanding.

Language and Work Term

We require English as the primary language for this position, and the work term is permanent. The work schedule is 30 hours per week.
