Assistant Store Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team at West Edmonton Mall. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team and achieving business goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive work environment
