### Key Responsibilities

* Providing diligent and quality work on various hands-on construction tasks during 30-Day and Year-End After Sales Service Appointments, including carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, painting, and other construction tasks.
* Troubleshooting problems and determining appropriate solutions efficiently.
* Supervising Sub-contractors to ensure repairs are corrected in an efficient manner, while maintaining superior quality and cleanliness.
* Providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to answer homeowner questions, educating and rectifying deficiencies or repairs.

### What You Bring to the Table

* Minimum of 10 years of hands-on residential construction experience, with 5 years in a similar service position.
* Well-rounded finishing experience including carpentry, drywall, taping, mudding, and painting.
* Outstanding customer focus and relentless drive to defy expectations throughout the customer experience.
* Strong ability to problem solve.
* Must be able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 50lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time.
* Introductory knowledge of the Ontario building code and Tarion GPG.
* G drivers' license.
* Post Secondary Education preferred.
