Aesthetic Expert at Aloe Beauty by DMB

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled hairstylist to join our team at Aloe Beauty by DMB. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts, colors, and styling services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Provide custom hair and scalp treatment, including shampooing and styling
  • Supervise other hair stylists and staff, and train apprentices and students
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties and maintain and order supplies
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
