The Role: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in instilling the company values and customer promises within the store team. This includes modeling, coaching, and providing high-quality instruction to ensure a highly engaged team culture. The Assistant Store Manager will also assist with the implementation of a sales and merchandising plan to maximize sales of their categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with loss prevention processes in the store, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of your categories
  • Deliver and meet sales budgets and goals in your Department

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
