Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in achieving sales goals, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store manager in implementing sales and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
  • Assist with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Assist with store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of categories

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
