Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the store management team in implementing sales and merchandising plans, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail sales associates. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of sales and merchandising plans to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Lead a team of retail sales associates, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
