At Tolko Industries, we're seeking a highly skilled Woodlands Operations Supervisor - Operational Planning to join our Cariboo Woodlands Division in Williams Lake, British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a sustainable supply of lumber to our local sawmills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans that meet mill volume requirements and consider multi-stakeholder requirements consistent with Tolko's Forest Stewardship Plan.
- Manage quality control while working with other professionals, including RPFs, RFTs, hydrologists, and biologists.
- Build relationships with First Nation partners and other stakeholders, including tenure holders, landowners, government, and communities.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule, working 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days in the field each week.

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
