Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution of patient issues.
- Telephone Support: Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other related matters.
- Administrative Tasks: Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, and adverse event reporting.
- Market Research: Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
- Documentation: Document all activities in program-specific databases.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs.
- Communication: Provide clear communication to managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding case management during absences.
- Training and Mentoring: Participate in the training process of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
- Adverse Event Reporting: Report all adverse events to assigned units or departments.
- Medical or Healthcare Knowledge: Possess medical or healthcare knowledge or experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
