About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NS Nettoyage et services Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for the training of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Service Recommendations: Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records for cleaning operations.
  • Assisting Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of daily cleaning operations.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Physical Abilities: Bend, crouch, and kneel as required to perform cleaning tasks.
