Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor at NS Nettoyage et services Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cleanliness and safety of various facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff operates efficiently and meets the highest standards of hygiene.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to noisy conditions.
  • Potential for odours and dirt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or organize additional services as needed, such as painting or repairs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations.
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning personnel.
