Job Summary

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cast Member, VIP. As a key member of our theatre staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional entertainment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve theatre goals
  • Assist with various tasks, including but not limited to, concession sales, theatre operations, and guest support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance expectations, including attendance, punctuality, and productivity

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification an asset
  • Availability to work in a fully licensed theatre
