SailPoint Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Project Manager to join our team at MarkiTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing SailPoint implementation projects using accepted best practice methods and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SailPoint implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Develop and implement project management frameworks suitable for the higher education environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Prepare and present high-quality slide decks to various committees and stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Manage large-scale and complex IT transformation projects, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint tools, Teams, and MS project with minimal supervision.
  • Hold PMP certification and have experience working in a large and decentralized organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or similar.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a project manager working on full project lifecycles.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience as a business analyst gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Experience managing information security projects and preparing high-quality slide decks.
  • Experience with SailPoint implementation and managing Security Awareness & Training program or Vulnerability Management program is a plus.
