About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our SailPoint implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and final project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, project sponsors, and team members.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience as a business analyst, with expertise in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in a large and decentralized organization, with a strong understanding of information security principles and practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale and complex IT transformation projects, with a focus on SailPoint implementation.
  • Hold PMP certification and have experience with SharePoint tools, Teams, and MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with managing Security Awareness & Training programs or Vulnerability Management programs.
  • Experience with developing project management frameworks suitable for the higher education environment.
