Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive for service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
  • Locate, move, park, and retrieve service department vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized environment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fluid top-ups and tire pressure checks
  • Ensure all keys are safely stored and secured, maintaining a high level of security and accountability
  • Maintain a clean and tidy service area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues
  • Clean and wash vehicles, adhering to high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
  • Organized and efficient time management, with a positive and can-do attitude
