Service Lot Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department and service lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and arrange vehicles in the service parking lot to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Transport clients to and from destinations using our dealership shuttle as requested, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up/wash vehicles to meet customer expectations.
  • Catalogue and store keys securely to prevent loss or misplacement.
  • Perform daily inspections of the lot to ensure unlocked vehicles and lot security are maintained.
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather to ensure customer and employee safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgement and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must have manual transmission driving experience.
