Service Porter/Lot Attendant

BMW Toronto is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Service Porter to join our team in the service department.

We offer a competitive pay package, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients as they arrive for service
  • Installing disposable seat covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all vehicles taken in for service
  • Inspecting for and recording any vehicle damage present when vehicles are taken in for service
  • Locating, moving, parking, and retrieving service department vehicles
  • Maintaining the parking lot in a neat and organized manner
  • Performing fluid top-ups and checking/filling tire pressures
  • Ensuring all keys are safely stored in designated areas
  • Ensuring the service area is clean and tidy and fully stocked with supplies
  • Cleaning and washing vehicles
  • Performing other duties as directed by their supervisor

Qualifications include:

  • Experience is preferred but not necessary, as we are willing to train the right person
  • A valid G driver's license with a clean record
  • The ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A professional appearance
  • An organized and efficient work style with a positive, can-do attitude
