About the Role:

This salaried position is ideal for a skilled professional who excels at providing full-service support to clients. As a member of our team at KRGinsure (Kitchener) a div. of RRJ Insurance Group Ltd, you will work collaboratively with a team of professionals, each assigned a portfolio of accounts, to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our producers and insuring partners to handle renewals, endorsements, and risk assessments for assigned clients.
  • Provide recommendations for suitable insurance programs and guide clients through the claims process.
  • Prepare applications and proposals to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines brokerage.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients.
  • RIBO license (active and in good standing) is required.
  • Computer proficiency with Word and Excel is required; experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) and/or EPIC, Compu-Quote, and broker portals would be considered an asset.
