Maintenance Associate - Stonebridge Apartments

Boardwalk is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team at Stonebridge Apartments in Saskatoon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer requests for maintenance within 72 hours.
  2. Perform daily communication with site associates to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Conduct vacant suite maintenance and touch-ups to meet established quality standards.
  4. Perform general common area and building maintenance.
  5. Coordinate inspections of turnover suites with customer service representatives.
  6. Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  7. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and reporting.
  8. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
  9. Perform snow removal and touch-up painting as required.
  10. Manage inventory and perform on-call emergency maintenance.
  11. Complete all required administration on a tablet.

Requirements:

  1. 2 years of maintenance service experience preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of renovation experience preferred.
  3. Working knowledge of English language (verbal and written).
  4. Familiarity with computer/tablet is an asset.
