We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker - Facilities Support to join our team at AG Marketing & Development Group Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our building, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners and other equipment to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
