Fintech Customer Experience Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Fintech Customer Experience Specialist at Tipalti. This individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technical team and clients, providing personalized support, guidance, and technical expertise.
**Job Summary**
The primary goal of this role is to ensure that clients' technical needs are met, and they receive maximum value from our services. As a Fintech Customer Experience Specialist, you will work closely with our technical team to provide seamless support and guidance to clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve client issues and improve overall experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
**What We Offer**
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
