About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Ausenco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical engineering design solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of mechanical engineering designs and deliverables for projects
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality work
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
  • Minimum 25 years of mechanical design engineering experience in a relevant industry
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
