Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Southern Rewind Inc. as an Inside Sales Representative - Wholesale and Retail Expert. This is a permanent position offering a challenging and rewarding career path for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure Southern Rewind Inc. remains at the forefront of the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the industrial supplies industry.
- Knowledge of product lines, including specialized environmental products.
- Strong understanding of sales software, including CRM systems.
- Ability to travel, as required, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
