About the Role

Cineplex is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic VIP Host to join our team. As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the public to provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Prepare the service environment to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our guests
  • Communicate the VIP experience to our guests, including menu options and services available
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Determine levels of service to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
Requirements
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Superior understanding of hospitality and customer service principles
  • Organizational behavior to ensure consistency in the guest experience
  • Proven problem-solving and quick thinking skills in fast-paced situations
  • Math skills and computer literacy
  • Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
  • Ability to work extended periods of time standing, walking, and bending
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
