The Nurse Practitioner:
- Provides high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Enhances the quality of life for patients and their families by consulting, conferring, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
- Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing care.
- Maintains and advances own clinical competence.
- Participates in designated hospital committees and approved research projects as assigned.
This is a casual opportunity with Interior Health Authority. Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions.
Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights, rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours.
