Key Responsibilities- Course Management

- Contribute to the development of training materials, user guides, and online resources to support Learning Management System adoption and usage.
- Mentor and train new team members on Learning Management System administration procedures and technical protocols.
- Share feedback and insights with Learning Management System vendors or software developers to inform product enhancements or feature requests.
- Technical Skills
- Configure and customize the Learning Management System platform according to organizational requirements and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to user access, course content, or system functionality.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize Learning Management System functionality.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on new features, courses, or system enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to instructors, course developers, and other Learning Management System users.
- 3+ years of formal training in a post-secondary setting in Information Technology or a related field.
- 4+ years of prior experience working with Learning Management Systems, Brightspace is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- 2+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
