About the Role

Nunavut Airport Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in an airport setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone and electronic inquiries, and directing visitors to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an airport setting.
