A leading environmental services company, Hamilton Barnes, is seeking an experienced systems administrator to support L2 and L3 in the Quebec IT department.


Mandatory French Language Skills
Utilize a ticketing system and issue resolution process to troubleshoot and support computer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Assist System Administrators in Windows Servers, NTFS Permissions, and MFA / Duo management. Collaborate with Network Engineers in LAN, Wireless LAN, and WAN troubleshooting on Cisco devices.

Proficient in multiple IT disciplines, including hardware, Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and GPO. Hands-on experience in basic configuration and support on Cisco Switches and Wireless APs.

Fluency in French and English, written and verbal, is required.
