The Senior Business Analyst, Mortgages/Loans will be responsible for leading or being part of the team facilitating JAD/Requirements Gathering sessions, analyzing current system requirements, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 5-10 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail banking, including strong experience with Mortgages and Loans.
  • Strong facilitation skills and a solid presence, along with the ability to work well with business groups.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to be flexible.
  • French is highly preferred.
