Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Redline Heavy Truck Parts & Repair Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
