HR Technology Business Analyst Position

Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is around $90,000-$110,000, based on industry standards and locations. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
About the RoleThis HR technology business analyst role involves working with the SuccessFactors system to convert business requirements into technical roadmaps detailing tool designs and configurations. As a key member of our HR technology team, you will have the opportunity to analyze business needs, translate them into clear functional specifications, customize and configure the SuccessFactors system, test and validate configurations, and support and solve functional problems for end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar technical discipline
- 3-5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system
- Experience with Boomi would be an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving technical and functional problems
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative, and a focus on solutions
- The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis
