About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at HiTHIUM Energy Storage. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project execution cycle, including developing project plans, managing risk, coordinating team members, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of projects and manage client expectations
  • Ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards align with company policy and contract specifications
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier/partner/subcontractor relationships
  • Plan and prepare schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established timelines
  • Allocate resources to projects efficiently and collaborate with local and international specialist departments as necessary
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Manage project risk
Requirements
  • Experience in project management and key account management
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving, creative thinking, and innovation skills
  • Great team player and able to thrive in a collaborative environment
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above (bachelor's or master's degree in the United States or Canada is preferred)
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • More than 6 years of experience in project management and customer management
  • Familiarity with the energy storage or renewable energy industry is a prerequisite
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Project required
  • Proficiency in Procore preferred but not required
  • Ability to travel to projects when needed
