Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Process new products, update inventory, and prepare items for sale
  • Assist with online orders, packaging, and shipping
  • Participate in sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and engagement
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Work Permit
