About the Role

This position involves providing holistic care to children and families, working closely with Reach Infant Development Program and Supported Child Development Program, and ensuring a collaborative and holistic approach to supporting children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessing and supporting children with speech, language, and communication challenges
  2. Providing direct therapy, parent coaching, and consultative services
  3. Developing individualized goals and strategies for children and families
  4. Working collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  5. Supervising and supporting therapy assistants
