About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention program. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and families to assess and support speech, language, and communication challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized goals and strategies for children and families
  • Providing direct therapy, parent coaching, and consultative services
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care
  • Supervising and supporting therapy assistants

What You Will Need:

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Registration with CSHBC (or eligibility to register)
  • New grads are welcome
  • A valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle for home visits and community-based services
  • A car, a cell phone, and a clear criminal record check
