Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business General Manager to join our team at Sound Insurance Services Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Strategy: Establish and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure success.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners, to drive business results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a business development or operations capacity.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week, with a permanent contract. The language of work is English.
